Had a water line break under the ground from the curb to the house due to tree roots. I called Arthur's Plumbing Express from out of state, and the owner himself answered the call. Arthur from Arthur's Plumbing Express was great. I called him one afternoon for a toilet that was leaking around the base from a crushed wax ring, a clogged sink drain, and a hose fitting that was seized onto a hose bib. Even though it was already late in the afternoon when I called, he showed up the same day to give me an estimate. The price was fair. He showed up the next day at 9 a.m. and was done by 11 a.m. He was very neat and clean, and didn’t leave a mess. He even went ahead and changed out the fill valve and the flapper inside the toilet free of charge. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
